I am looking for an IC design jobs, from full-custom layout to "verilog". I am looking for a company in Germany that allow me to do as many plubliations as i can, and let me do my PhD. Are there any company that let you do that???

Again. does any body know if Infineon/ amd/.... big companies pay you for during your master thesis periods??...
Will it be a good way to go into a company??
