how vibrations produced in mobiles

It's a tiny motor with an unballanced load on its shaft. See here: **broken link removed**

how to mobiles vibrate

The motor is usually driven from a simple MOSFET driver circuit, where the motor is put in series with a MOSFET with a protection diode. Look up the H-bridge this circuit is slightly more complicated but should show the general idea of how the motor is driven.
