property swap for pin in Capture CIS

Hello!
I cannot to attach swap property for pin in library Capture CIS for do swapping in Allegro.
in accord user's guide Capture CIS I attached property Pingroup=1 for pin component in edit part, but if after that in Capture CIS to select it component and look it property pins in property editor, pin have property Pingroup=1 and Swap ID=-1. How does change property Swap ID?
How attach swap property for pin?

Open symbol in Orcad Library. Go to View and View package then edit properties in this box you can assign value to pin group and make it swappable.
