How to check stability of this loop?

Hi all,

I have a question how to check this CMFB loop?

1. is it the open loop gain (Vocm+ minus vocm-)/vicm?

2. How about phase margin, is it phase for Vocm+ minus phase for vocm- ?

3. Can break the loop at point A instead?
