Hi everyone.
someone who used to design "Analog" IC,for example, Opamp, using BSIM3 know a truth that every mosfet in the circuit has been "saturated". if not, the circuit is not work properly.
Bsim3v3 is very accurate Mosfet model. Bsim3v3 have 132 ( is it right? ) parameters and saturation current equation is very complex .
So it is very difficult to meet every condition by using hand calculation method.

I have to saturate 4 mosfet. it is easy. but I want to not only saturate mosfets,
and also I want to adjust accurate Vds each mosfet.
To determine desirable Vds, it is not easy, sometimes it is impossible work.
is there any way to adjust Vds?
if you have any idea better than me, plz tell me.
