Assura extraction problem

The Assura DRC can not create extracted view of DFII database (drc_extracted). No error in DRC running, but the extracted view is empty, no instance is created.

The Assura LVS can not run. There is a error : UnBound device found. The device in schematic can not find the binding device in layout. I think it is also the problem of extraction.

I use IC5033, Assura3.14, TSMC PDK.

Please help me, thanks a lot.
 

your information is not sufficient to show what's wrong in your case. If the DRC and LVS rule come from somebody, you better ask them. Otherwise, you have to check the rule carefully. For example, the way to identify a device.
