smps transformer digikey

I once designed an smps with a uc3842. I made the transformer by myself. I wonder are there ready to buy transformers for this type of ICs at some different configurations and power ratings and where can we find like digikey or etc?

There are many inductor manufacturers you can find, serching for "power inductor" with GOOGLE or www.vivisimo.com.

Let me make U a question. What method did U use for making air gap in ferrites.

I didn't go in detail. I use trial & error method because it was my first design and wasn't my first concern. But practical switching power supplies book, which also i refer and you can find it in this board, have info about air gap calculation.
