tiny dual port ram

I am looking for a low capacity asynchronous dual port RAM.
Cypress and IDT devices are too big and expensive.
Is there anything smaller/cheaper? I need only 128 bits (16x8).

Best regards

maybe a fifo will work .. Otherwise is not too complicated to synthtiZe it with a CPLD

Hmm, a CPLD might end up bigger and more costly than the DPRAM, by the time you've added up all the storage and logic.

How about this from MAxim:

It's 256 Bytes, 24 pins, only glitch is address/data is mux'ed (still two seperate asynch ports though)

Cheers,
FoxyRick.
