24 volt ac power supply

I need help in designing a 24 volt power supply for a classroom demonstration.
My input voltage is 115 volts AC at 60 hertz single phase.

I want an output of 24volts AC in a simulated 3 phase configuration. This output will supply only a typical volt meter, that the student will use for the testing.

I want to read 24 volts from the simulated phase A to B,and 24 volts from the simulated phase B to C and 24 volts from the simulated phase A to C.
I think some phase shifting from the single phase input to the simulated 3 phase is required but, I need the circuit design.

Is input in 3-phase mode? if so it is easy!

No the input is single phase. Thats the problem.

Thats why I need to have some phase shifting in order to have a differance of potential between the test points. Simulated- ΦA to ΦB ....... ΦB to ΦC ...... ΦA to ΦC

I want to be able to plug in to a typical 120 volt (single phase)AC outlet.
The load in current will only be the current of a typical volt meter.

This is a classroom student demonstration.

You may try phase shift network with propper attenuation on each of three 120° shifted output. If you need 24V on each output the transformer secondary voltage has to be higher. Calculate.

I think you can build a smps circuit.
