Dear Sir,

I am designing one chip. Now I am thinking how to place PAD on appropriate location. Do you know any rule for placing PAD location of power, control signal and data bus? Books or paper are all Ok.

better good idea about read cic training materials and synopsys solvnet . both gives better idea, go throu it.

The pad location is related to package. So you must firstlly understand package rules.
 

different design with different PADS location! according to ur pins location!
