protel dxp service pack

Hi to all

Altium released service pack 3 for Protel DXP 2004, and changed its name to "Altium Designer", Protel is just one of the licensing options.

it,s very good Protel just seems to get better and better . It's the best program for PCB design the autorouter is the best i designed a PCB in proteus but that could not auto route it so i down loaded a demo version of electra and that wouldnot route it Proteus auto routed it in 10 mins

No, You must have SP2 before installing SP3.

Dear wizpic, you need to test Pads to change your opinions.

hi wizpic, you should say protel is the best for hobbiest. You should try allegro and specttra. I'll never use the autorouter in protel. usually I use specctra auto router, it's excellent.

But I must say that protel is the easist to learn.

I did try to use spectra to autoroute board but could not do it how do you send files to spectra fom protel i always seem to get erorrs when i do it
