Hc-sr04 with at89s52 ,maximum time for echo pin that remains high ?

ULTRASONIC SENSOR : HC-SR04

Ques: what is the maximum time echo pin remains high ?

OR what is the time taken by the ultrasonic burst to leave and return to the sensor?

some datasheet provide it as 38mS ,some 50mS while some 60 mS.



what is the actual data?
or from where can i get the genuine datasheet for this ?

hello

with 38ms , at 340M/sec => 13Meter /2 = 6,5M (/2 because Forward way, then Backward way (echo)

with my HC04 i can reach measure from 3cm up to maxi 4,00M

so i think 38mS is OK
You have to considere Ultrasonic POWER on transducter, Sensitivity of receiver..
Maximum time is first, linked to physical properties..

Time Calculation start after 10 + 2 + 200 +2 =214µS
