May i know where can i find good references (books,article) for designing active inductor using cmos technology?

sorry... one addition question about active inductor. i forgot ask just now.

If i simulate active inductor using T-spice (BSIM3 model, 0.35 CMOS technology), it will give me accurate result about the performance of that active inductor?

Which software is suitable for active inductor simulation?

Refer the article:

You can use HSPICE or Spectre to evaluate the performance.

Thanks for your helps.

But i still do not know the T-spice will give me the accurate result for active inductor or not? Because i have T-spice and Tanner Tools for my project only. I do not think i have money to buy another software such as HSPICE. Or where can I download free these software?

can somebody help me on how to simulate the inductance curve of an active inductor..I did sp analysis and i'm not getting the correct plot
