can somebody tell me some informations on the wideband lna manufacturer with uwb bandwidth? such as 3~7GHz. thank you for your information.

If u are looking for the BJT
u can used infineon www.infineon.co.uk

or if u r looking for HEMT/JFET/PHEMT
used www.filtronic.co.uk

for infineon u can apply for sample for education purpose but from filtronic i dunno...
