Loss tangent values for gold at IR wavelengths.

Hi,
CAn anyone please provide me with the loss tangent values for Gold at IR wavelengths.

Any help is appreciated.....

WHT IS LOSS TANGENT?
IN FIELD THEORY IT IS RATIO BETWEEN DISPLACEMENT AND CONDUCTION CURRENT.ALSO WE CAN AN ELEMENT AS CONDUCTOR, SEMICONDUCTOR OR AS A INSULATOE BY THAT RATIO

SO WHT DO U MEAN

I'm used to find this parammeter when talking about a substrate material, insulator.
This is related to the quality of the substrate, dielectric and leakage.
Is it also a valid parameter for conductors???

if both are equal element is semiconductor
if ratio of conduction current is less than displacement current .then it is conductor viceversa foe insulator(hint: disp.current is due to insulating property and cond..current is due to conduting property )

Thank you e_kumar for this hint.

So we can say that this displacement current is due to the displacement of charge carriers in an insulator.....
Can we say that the current that goes through a capacitor when it is charged is equivalent to the displacement current inside of the capacitor ......?

Also, the cunductor current would be the one due to the movement of free carriers in a conductor....the one that would be affected by a magnetic field giving rise to the hall effect......etc...isn't it????
