I want design a 3W(35dBm) WCDMA PA adopting back-off method , and amplifier is MRF21060.driver amplifer is MHPA21010.
I dont know if the above choice is ok ? please help me ? thank you!!

if you have better choices ,please tell me ! thank you !!

parameters are as following:

output power :35dBm
Gain: 50dB
ACPR: ±5MHz ≤-50dBc ±10MHz ≤-55dBc @30KHz RBW
Current :≤2.5A

MW7IC2240 is good choice

To use a 60W output transistor for 3W output power, the efficiency will be very poor. Use just the driver instead.

MHPA21010 is not manufactured any more.

So I think you can use MHVIC2114NR2+5db PAD+MW5IC2030N.
