I have a laboratory device, in which the magnetic induction heats a thin needle, from cobalt iron on Curie temperature of this alloy .
technically goes Technically it is a small coil the core of which comprises heating the needle.
Coil comes to high-frequency current 13,56MHz about 150W.The needle tip is heated to approximately 1200K.
I want to design a new amplifier for driving this coils. Any as class C maybe F RF amplifier.
Before anything else I need to know the load impedance (coil).
The question is how this measure?
I have not a network analyzer,
I have original source, but I do not how to measure RF current from source
I have signal generator who knows 13.56Mhz sinus or square or saw I have oscilloscope.
How to do it?
Second question
Model of heating coil
My idea
R2 is hysteresis curve lost and primarily Eddy current lost in core coils material. When the temperature reaches Curie temperature, Eddy current and value R2 dramatically reduce .
Then, amplifier is not working in the correct load, increase SWR and reduce load or stop amplifier.
Is it a good idea and model?
