Cadence AMS set time current steering I out not set

I am modeling digital steering DAC in Cadence AMS with spectre. I have extracted current cell, When I modeling it with spectre output current is set in 3ns. I mean delta Iout < 1/2LSB when 111111111111111 turn to 111111111111111 . But when I modeling same via AMS it does not set even in 200ns.
when the schematic is not ectracted it taake 3ns without AMS but with AMS set time depends on rise time. when it >10 ps Iout is not set.
Same problem when I try turn on 011111111111111 to 111111111111111.

I try to set time step in AMS =10ps but I have no result.
 

Wong. 111111111111111 turn to 0000000000000 (full 1 to full 0)
AMS modeling via AMS current not set in time instead of spectre
