Please recommend a power IC with 100 ~305 V input and 12~36V output?

Hello, I'd like to be recommended a chip, with 100 ~305 V input and 12~36V output.

The output current is expected to be in the 20A grade, that is 20A max, it works at around 2~5 A

I'm using it to drive an array of LEDs for illumination as well as branching one for my MCU.

I'm looking for isolated solution, but non-isolated are also welcome, because I doubt non-isolated can pass all those certifications.

Please recommend major brands and low-cost ones. Thank you.

Also, the design should be as simple as possible, with detailed reference design included in datasheets.

If you feel there is something unclear, please do not hesitate to ask.

I tried a lot of sites but their selection tool so far has been less than helpful. Mouser for example does not have the voltage I need, and TI gave me erroneous ones after I specifically specified the non-negotiable 100~305V input.
