Guys, I need your help. I am designing a digitally tuned band pass filter 8-bit. Eight pin-diode capacitor circuits control the response of the filter. When diode is forward bias (Vcc 3.5V), relative capacitor parallels with the filters coupling capacitor. When diode is reverse bias (Vbb 100V), relative capacitor doesn't work. My problem is how to design this in ADS without changing manually the voltages. Can I sweep somehow the voltage sources through 8-bit switches producing all 256 possible combinations from 00000000 to 11111111? 1 represents reverse bias and 0 represents forward bias. I don't even know if that is possible in ADS. I cant find an 8-bit switch in component palette. Do I need to write a code maybe? Please, any suggestion is welcome!
