Hi! I am designing an outdoor solar lamp. I am using a NiMH battery, base on its datasheet its cutoff temperature for fast charging is 40-45degreeC. I have program my solar lamp to work on temperature up to 40degreeC. My problem is, its metal mounting rises up to 50+degreeC, that also produces a 45+degreeC across its plastic chassis, and a 42degreeC at the battery. Is there any cooling system for NiMH that might help me with these?
