I'm trying to open my GDS layout in Virtuoso after exporting it from SoC encounter. In the export I merged the GDS files of all std cells as well as the map file.

When I streamIn in Virtuoso, I attach the std cell library which was used in encounter. Then I get the complete design in virtuoso but in drawing with no metal fill at all and I get the LSW window with all metals as drawing only.

I'm using Nangate Open Cell Library 45nm. Obviously there is a problem with the display.drf file but I don't know how to import/ merge it and in case of merge what should I merge it with ? and will this fix the problem of drawing ?

The 1st pic is the layout in encounter, 2nd is the imported layout in Virtuoso, 3rd is the display error in virtuoso terminal

check the streamout mapping and the streamin mapping. something was lost along the way.

should I include the display.drf file in any step ? or just revise my map file to check layers and metals ?
