Hi buddy,

I'd like to design a differential input XOR circuit using the FOLDED gilbert cell
for phase detector, how to get starting to design the circuit? input signal is LVPECL
Vcm=2v, swing Vpp=800mv. 3.3v rail.
anyone with experience of this kind of ckt can tell me how to design this one like
(1) Bias current distribution
(2) input common mode can be the same level?

Thanks
