Hi all
Is it possible to calculate the analytic formula for subthreshold slope of a transistor based on surface potentail?
regards

Surface potential I don't think is the main actor;
it's the quantity of surface states (and close-in
ones in the oxide) that drag out the subthreshold
slope.
