CB Antenna simulation in FEKO

Hi people, my professor told me to a project, what he wants is CB antenna simulation on a car model, and i need to find the best spot to place it (it has to be as much effective as it can) but i kinda dont know how to start.. I've found some tutorials on youtube how to make antenna in FEKO but i cant find any car models, (im holding altair hyperworks 14 student edition) do u know where can i find a car model? I dont know how to make it from basics, honestly i dont want to do it on my own cause what matters in this project is antenna and thats what i should focus on.

Hello, im looking for a car model which i can open in Altair Hyperworks 14.0 student edition, i have to make CB Antenna simulation on a car, i watched some vids about modeling antennas, but i didnt find any ready car models, i just want to import it cause what matters in this project is Antenna.

Hi Matthew,

You can download cad models of car from GRABCAD, where readily available models are there.

In case of inherent model in feko, you can go to your drive where feko is installed (C: or D:)/Program files/altair/feko/examples/resources/automation
There you will find car_geometry.x_t.
it is a parasolid model.
u can easily import it to feko.

but it is only half of the model, ie only the back portion of the car is available.
