Hi All,

Could anyone please help me with the question of why is O/P shorted during calculation of Ft (unity current gain of MOSFET)? Also can anyone help me with the importance of bandwidth efficiency (gm/id * Ft)? Thanks a lot for your help!

Best Regards,
