Suggest any Regulator with Both +&-Output from DC input

Hi,

Kindly suggest me a Low Cost regulator which has to convert from (Battery)12V to +/-12V with a minimum of 250mA capacity each. Not looking for a isolated DC-DC Converter..
 

By alternately charging 2 stacked capacitors from an H-bridge, you get split supplies. Each is equal to the original supply minus 1.3 V drop. A single clock can drive the circuit (e.g, 555 IC pulse generator).



This schematic is suitable only if you plan to use the node between the capacitors as your new ground.
