I have this MP3 player by samsung, model YP-U2 and I need to replace the cracked LCD display (res: 128*64, 3V). This is a desperate task, because i didn't found a spare and the only one available from ebay is too expensive and i don't want to order from ebay because of paypal. Lukily i have the service manual of this thing so you can see the pinout of the LCD connector that goes on the microcontroller (Sigmatel STMP3550B). As said the problem is that i cannot find a direct spare, however if you go to aliexpress you can find generic 128*64 display "arduino compatible" like this:

**broken link removed**

BUT those LCD have all different number of pins and the one of the MP3 player do have 17pins. The question is: would be possible to adapt one of those generic LCD to my MP3 player? You can look the schematic in the service manual that i've linked, so you can suggest something situable for my purpose. Thanks in advance.
