Hello,
i want the coaxial wire for transmitter antenna please tell how to measure whether it is 75 or 50ohms?

Coaxial cable characteristic impedance isn't a resistance and can't be only measured with special instruments. To distinguish between 50 and 75 ohm cables, look at the ratio of center conductor to dielectric diameter. It's around 3 for 50 ohms versus 6 for 75 ohms.

Measure inner and outer diameter of coaxial wire, then use below formula to calculate coaxial wire impedance

Hello sir,
What is 3 is it multiple of diameter to inner to outer?

what is E?
