Current Reuse Topology (in LNA, disadvantages)

hi,
what is the disadvantage of current reuse topology of LNA.

Possibly a higher supply voltage needed. And one more inductor, depending on the topology used.
 

Other issues could include things like distortion,
or other nonlinearity, if the signal also modifies
its amplifier biasing in-the-moment.
