I was wondering what can be the cost per unit of a discrete N chanel MOSFET with 20mm square chip area. (Approx 1200 dies per 200mm wafer). Quantity is approx 200 wafers. Also, what manufacturing technology(size) would be suited? I am guessing approx 1um should be OK. Are there some particular foundries adapted for discrete manufacturing where feature size is not very important?
