Why Signal Level is not correct ?

12 + 10 = 22V

and

12 - 10 = 2V

it should be.

It is going to -2V.

I see nothing wrong with that.

The red probe is across the battery so it shows +12V with some ripple due to its ESR.
The blue probe shows 10V RMS sitting on a +12V platform so I would expect it to peak at around (10 * 1.414) + 12V and dip to 12 - (10 * 1.414) which is exactly what it shows.
