how to implement new libraries in proteus

i want o add new ic to proteus, how could i do so and how could i add new libraries
 

Libraries are created via the 'Library Manager' - see the ISIS help for details.

Individual parts are made via the 'Make Device' command - see the tutorial in the ISIS Help for details.
