Hi

I am having following doubts.

Let us consider 60 GHz is the cut off freq.

For the same freq. a component is designed

in Rect Waveguide
in Dielectric waveguide
in Microstrip
in SIW.

With respect to dimension(size of the component) which txn line is compact?
With respect to fabrication , which is very difficult to manufacture?
Why microstrip is not preferred @ 60GHz when compared to SIW?

plz clarify with in detail explanation. I am referring various papers ...but not getting clarity. plz help.
