OESIP Package soldering

Hi all,
we want to solder OESIP based ic (MAX30100).we are tried three times manually but it fails.Any idea to solder how it?
Please help to solder this component.
 

Hi,

Manually means soldering iron? I doubt it is a way to go.

I assume this is a prototype board and you don´t have a reflow equippment.

Try to dispense solder paste (really small quantity) on each pad. Then try to heat the whole PCB.
Either with hot air from below (be careful, do it slowly, don´t overheat, take your time) or on a hot plate (kitchen stove) or in the preheated kitchen oven.
All below 260°C! Try 220...230°C. Use a thermometer.

No guarantee.
