There is a SOT-23 IC with marking "G105W" printed on it.

I searched online in catalogs and web pages but found nothing.

Does anyone knows what part is this? Most propably it is a step down converter. Below there is a picture of it.

Hi,

The one found says it's an LDO by Ricoh:
SMD code Type Function Short description Case Pin. St. Sch. Mnf.
G105 R1154H105B VR-IC LDO, CE, 10,5V±2%, 150mA SOT-89-5 32vrq 6h VR4 Ric

I'd take that with a pinch of salt, SMD codes don't always match as there so many repetitions.

The lovely 2007 book link is here, in pdf format:

If anyone has a copy of the 2014 or later they could share, that would be appreciated...
