I am new to optocouplers and traics....Cant find any alternative to MOC3021..

i need an optocoupler with array to work with multiple BT136....An iC with mutiple optocouplers to switch multiple BT136...

yep it seems that fairchild never made an array version of their popular moc30xx...

you have the TLP525G−4 from toshiba that could be ok, but it's a triac driver, but not a zero cross detector.

well as the moc3021 is not zerocross, this toshiba is the way to go.
the "-2" with 2 channels is available at mouser and digikey
but the "-4" does not seems to be available anywhere ?

Hi,

Did you go to manufacturers and distributors and use their selection guides?
What are the results?
