sir ,
I am working on ATF 54143 device for class-E power amplifier design, but i am facing problem with the device model.First i downloaded ADS model of ATF-54143 from avago technologies website and did simulations but later i found Latest ATF-54143 model in ADS software RF board Flow example. Now the simulations are not matching for both the device which device model is correct and how i came to know?

You'll never know.Avago's official model should be correct but it'd better to ask..

sir,
i have sended mail to avago technologies but there no reply, and i have another question in this model package SOT-343 is used and the transmission line are designed for the 1GHz inside package, but i am working on 2.3 GHz wheather i have to change the transmissions inside package for 2.3GHz or i have do simulations with inbuilt device model.

Transmission line in the package has been modeled for 1GHz but the characteristic of the TL won't be changed for 2.3GHz because its' dimensions are very small compare to wavelength. So TL model should be valid up to critical frequencies.
