hi,

"on running my simulation in HFSS it,s gives me a messages
Port 'waveport_1': A Wave Port appears to contact multiple 3D objects so as to require solving inside on both sides of the port. If an internal wave port is desired, please add a PEC cap to one side of the port surface."

what does it mean by PEC cap and how it can be assigned?

What is clear from error message that you have defined waveport at the surface which is not exactly a single surface but it is union of two or more surfaces so explore this. May be your model is made with the smaller models if it is the case then try to add them.
You need to have a critical look at your port position in the model

If you placed your waveport "inside" the radiation box, it would generate error message. A wave port MUST BE defined on the plane of the radiation boundary, not "inside" of radiation bounadary. That means, waveport and radiation plane must be on the same plane. IF you want to use wave port inside the radiation boundary, you have to use PEC cap on the back face of the wave port. The reason is PEC is non-solve-inside object, hence the face of the port touching PEC cap would not be solved inside by HFSS, but the other face of the port that touches your transmission line is then regarded as the excitation cross section.
Look at the figures below attached to know about the setup of PEC cap with an "internal waveport".

thankyou so much for sharing such a very helpful attachments

but the problem i have is that how i assign PEC..is there any option in HFSS to assign it on our designed model?

You need to draw a Box (for rectangular waveport) or a cylinder (for circular waveport) and then assign the material as PEC
