i have attached a pdf image my doubt is whether it is an unity gain amplifier. the schematic is taken from ad 7321 evaluation board kindly helpView attachment 1.pdf

What makes you doubt that it is?
Take away all of the power bypass capacitors for a start. Also (for now), take away the feedback capacitors and what are you left with.
That leaves the question of what the feedback capacitors will do. At DC they will effectively not be there and as the frequency increases, the feedback capacitors will move towards having a lower impedance so effectively they will shunt the resistors. There are capacitors in some of the input lines as well and (without doing the calculations) I would take it that they would tend to make the unity gain drop off a bit as the frequency increased.
