Could any one plz explain me active PFC circuit..I surfed google but i didn't get proper circuit diagram with explanation.
 

Just googling "pfc circuit" gives tons of manufacturer application notes and manuals, most of them are quite instructive.
 

please answer technically or send exact link.After google only i came back to u guys.
In google i didnt get proper answer.(just i understood active pfc means Boost converter ???)))please reply if anyone knows the exact answer

It certainly DOESN'T mean boost converter!

Perhaps searching with it's full name will help, "Power Factor Correction", there is a good guide on Wikipedia.
