I am trying to simulate an OpAmp comparator circuit. Simulation is taking long time to simulate because of small step size. How can i run simulation faster? How can i reduce step size for faster simulation? I already tried option in transient analysis for TIME STEP PARAMETERS but it is not working. Plz Suggest some solution.

Cadence ADE is not a simulator.
You can launch various simulators on ADE.

What simulator do you use.
Show me simulator name with correct terminology and its version.

i am using Cadence (R) Virtuoso (R) Spectre (R) Circuit Simulator
Version 13.1.0.130.isr4 64bit.

How can i reduce step size for faster simulation?
Analysis time step is determined by "reltol", "relref", etc. parameters in Cadence Spectre.

I already tried option in transient analysis for TIME STEP PARAMETERS but it is not working.
You can not control analysis time step even if you set "step" parameter in tran statement.

If you would like to limit analysis time step, set "minstep" parameter in tran statement.
However I don't recommend setting "minstep", since it results in lacking accuracy seriously.

See result "spectre -h tran".

If you would like to reduce analysis time step, try to relax "reltol" parameter or set "errpreset=liberal".

How can i run simulation faster?
Try to use +aps or ++aps mode in Cadence Spectre.
