how to interface 8051 micro controller to gsm module and then connect it to cloud

i want to connect my 8051 micro controller to cloud via gsm module and send data to the cloud present in the SBUF register.help in writing the AT commands for the same(syntax).
 

Better to use WIFI Module ESP8266 instead of GSM for this application.
 

actually my application would be using GSM module,so please help me out interfacing the gsm module with 8051 and writing AT commands to connect to the cloud.
