In the spectre netlist

PORT1 (lac 0) port r=50 type=sine m=1 noisetemp=-273.15 num=1 is used
but after simulation it shows warning : NF is infinite"
I think noisetemp=-273.15 = 0K, and it does not add noise to input port so thatswhy i am not getting proper result.

But if we remove noisetemp=-273.15 from statement then I am geting proper noisefigure.
Please tell me about this results

ok fine.
Right now i am doing simulation in goldengate for linear noise
linear noise analysis (SP) done
sweep frequency from 1e+0 to 1e+15
calculate NF(1) and NF(2)
Here i am getting proper NF(2) value but for NF(1) from 1e+0 to 2.15e+03 it is giving "-INF" and for the rest it is giving proper value.
why it is happening?

s12 vs frequency.PNG
