[EAGLE] Looking for RJLD-043TC1 / RJLD-043TC Eagle library.

Hey
I am looking for RJLD-043TC1 for Eagle.
It's a RJ45 socket with integrated magnetics.
It's not a normal RJ45 because it has additional pins (for LEDs).
It's used in MOD-ENC28J60 Ethernet board.
Can anyone provide me a suitable .lbr file, please?

Please post, I will try to compare datasheets and see if it;s close enough.
 

Unfortunatelly the pinout (footprint) of that RJ45 does not match mine part, thus so I can't use it...
