Power module turn-on voltage?

Page 7 of this power module datasheet gives two levels for input undervoltage turn-on….one is 24.5V, and the other is 42.3V…..the 42.3V level is called a “supervisory” level.
What is a “supervisory” level?.....and why is the input undervoltage turn on stated as being as low as 24.5V, when this module is not supposed to operate below 45Vin?

thanks, i dont suppose you know what the other undervoltage turn-on of 24.5v refers to?.....it is touted as being a 45-55vin module, so i cant understand why ever it would turn on at 24.5v
