how to design coaxial feed for monopole water antenna in hfss

Please can someone help me to design coaxial or sma connector for my Monopole sea water antenna.
Substrate=200*200mm & height 2mm
Dielectric Radius =50mm& height 7
water radius = 25mm & height 44

Note: the outer connector of the coaxial is substrated to the ground plane.
