How to improve the power of Ultrasonic power cicuit ?

Hi,everyone.
I have a ultrasonic welding machine (28KHz,800W),mached one tranducer,and it's working well.
But now I want more tranducers to match the welding machine.
And there is a problem, When the tranducers getting more, the power is going down when they are working together.
To solve the problem, it seems to be improving the power of machine.
Is there any methods to match more tranducers.

If matched perfectly, multiple transducers can at best share the total 800 W generator power. So in any case, the power per transducer and respectively the welding "power" will be reduced. Is this what you want?

Thanks for your reply.
It's really my fault that I have't predict the power down.
So can you give me some advices about improving power of every tranducer when multiplle tranducers working togeter.
Thanks.

Re: How to improve the power of Ultrasonic power cicuit ?

Most transducers are not resistive but have some impedance. The inductive or capacitive bit must be tuned out as it only gets in the way of true power which is dissipated in the resistive part. Like wise once this has done, the resistive part must be matched to the optimum resistance for the RF source. So suppose your transducer is 10 ohms and this is matched to the RF source for maximum power transfer. Putting a second one in would give you 5 ohms which is not matched for optimum power transfer and the output amplifier might over heat/blow up as its trying to deliver twice as much current for the same amount of voltage.

Thanks for your help.
I have put a transducer in parallel connect with the other transducer. And i increased the driver transistors to 8(the original is 4). But the fact is that, there is no improving about the welding power.
What should I do to improving the welding power of two transducers.

signal generator for ultrasonic welding 20kHz

hi guys. i need your help. i making ultrasonic welding. but i have problem.problem about signal generator. i need 20kHz output and 2000w. can you help me a circuit?
thanks :)

Hi I have the same generator but a little modern the problem is that it grids the transistors of power I telechrger schema in case you needIMG_2173.jpgIMG_2175.jpgIMG_2176.jpg
