Who could tell me I should pay attention to what factors when I route a PCIe board? And I must use a 8-layer PCB as Intel recommend? How about a 6-Layer PCB ?

In high speed routing, the GND plane is necessary. To PCI-E, 8-layer PCB as Intel recommend is a good idea.

Do you have develop PCIe addin Card with i41210? Successful ?

Hey,
you may want to choose....to have 8 layer PCB.....
as differential signal routing constraints are....to be met...
but i don't know complexity of your card....
if it is kind of related to gaming....they you may want to go for 8 layers....

look for the document "PCI Express* Desktop System Board and Add-in Card Design Guidelines" in that page.
