In golden gate simulation, Two netlist files are open by extension .gg and .scs , can anybody tell me about difference between two files

Master netlist of Goldengate is "*.gg" which describes simulation settings.

On the other hand, circuit is decribed as "netlist.scs" which is Spectre's format.
Then this "netlist.scs" is included in "*.gg".

See content of "*.gg".
